The Autism Spectrum Assessment Clinic (ASAC), in collaboration with UM-CARD, is offering a FREE weekly virtual social skills group for children ages 8 to 12 years old. Adapted from ASAC's state-of-the-art curriculum-based social skills program (K.I.T. Club), children will learn about understanding social cues, emotion recognition, and regulation, flexibility and sportsmanship. All groups will be offered through Zoom for Healthcare, a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. For 6 weeks only!
Registration through Eventbrite and a phone screening are required to participate. Families who register must plan to attend the entire 6-week series. Space is limited. Internet access and device with webcam is necessary to connect to Zoom.
